What the world should know about me
Studied chemical energinneering at Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden), where she also took her PhD in Industrial energy systems in 2011. Since 2016 Karin is a senior researcher and project manager at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden. She works with energy system analysis mostly within the bioeconomy area, focusing on economic and environmental assessments. Since 2021, Karin function as the area coordinator for BECCS/CCU at RISE.
Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time by the sea as well as in the forest searching for the “gold of the forest” (chanterells).
